These Terms of Service govern use of Secure2Print and its print-order, shop, advertiser, and related services.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, using Secure2Print, submitting a document, operating a shop account, or using any related application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us through the Support Center if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Printing service
Secure2Print helps customers place print orders with independent print shops. Shop availability, pricing, print quality, turnaround time, and order acceptance can vary. A shop may reject an order where it cannot safely, legally, or practically complete it.
Your documents and content
You retain responsibility for the documents and content you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, print, and share them. You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive content. We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect users or comply with law.
Fees and payments
Where payments are offered, you agree to pay the displayed price and applicable charges before an order is processed. Payment processing is handled by the applicable payment provider. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled according to the order status, shop policies, and applicable law.
Shop and advertiser responsibilities
Shops and advertisers must provide truthful information, comply with applicable laws, honour accepted obligations, and use the platform only for legitimate business purposes. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create risk for customers, shops, or the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Secure2Print available and secure, but the service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We may update features, pricing, policies, or these terms. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or a particular printing result. To the extent permitted by law, Secure2Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
